Cotopaxi believe the products that get us exploring can make a positive impact in other people’s lives. That’s why they create sustainably designed outdoor gear that fuels both adventure and global change, by dedicating a percentage of their revenues to nonprofits working to improve the human condition.
Sustainable by design
Sustainability means acting ethically during every phase of a product’s lifecycle. Not only do we source non-virgin and alternative materials for our products, but we have taken concrete steps to ensure human rights are maintained throughout our supply chain. Additionally, we’re committed to creating all our products using repurposed, recycled, and responsible materials by 2025.
Fighting Extreme Poverty
Giving is core to who we are. We tie our earnings to impact by allocating a percentage of annual revenues to the Cotopaxi Foundation, which then provides targeted grants to nonprofits dedicated to eradicating extreme poverty. Cotopaxi is also a member of 1% for the Planet, which means we're committed to donating at least 1% of annual revenue toward a healthier planet for all.
